Physiotherapy

The Physiotherapy Department supports women through pregnancy, birth recovery, gynaecological health and pelvic floor care, as well as providing expert neonatal physiotherapy.

With individual appointments, online classes and specialist information sessions, we help you manage pain, improve movement and feel confident in your recovery.

Our team works closely with your healthcare providers to ensure you receive the right care when you need it.

We provide specialist physiotherapy for women during pregnancy, after birth and for gynaecological conditions, along with expert neonatal physiotherapy for babies who need extra support with movement or development.

You can come to us for help with common pregnancy‑related issues such as pelvic or back pain, bladder or bowel concerns, pelvic floor difficulties, abdominal muscle separation and recovery after birth. We also support women with prolapse, menopause‑related symptoms and recovery after gynaecological surgery.

Alongside individual appointments (by referral), we offer a range of online classes and information sessions to guide you through pregnancy, birth preparation, postnatal recovery and pelvic health — giving you practical tools, confidence and reassurance at every stage.
