Postnatal Hubs

Our Postnatal Hub is here to walk beside you during those first weeks, offering a warm, reassuring space for you and your baby.

Our friendly midwives are ready to help with anything that’s on your mind — feeding support, wound care, postnatal check‑ups, or simply answering questions about your recovery or your baby’s wellbeing. Nothing is too small to ask.

We also offer a listening ear and opportunities to connect with other parents through peer support groups. It’s a chance to share experiences, feel understood, and know you’re not alone as you adjust to life with your new baby.

Postnatal Physiotherapy Support

Your postnatal recovery deserves gentle, specialist care. Alongside midwifery support, our pelvic health physiotherapists are here to help you feel comfortable, confident, and supported as your body heals after pregnancy and birth.

Our physiotherapy service is part of the postpartum team, offering timely, evidence‑based care in a warm and understanding environment. To make things easier during this busy time, we provide a flexible mix of in‑person appointments, virtual consultations, and group education sessions.

Please note: this is not a drop‑in service.
