Our NMH Digital Learning Group has created a series of easy-to-follow modules to support you through pregnancy and beyond – helping you feel informed, confident and reassured.
These resources, developed by our multidisciplinary team, cover everything from staying healthy during pregnancy to labour, birth and caring for you and your baby afterwards. We regularly review and update the content, so please check back from time to time. We’d also love to hear your feedback.

Our Antenatal Education team is here to support your health and wellbeing throughout pregnancy and early parenthood. We work in partnership with you and your partner to help you prepare for labour, birth and life with your new baby.
