Just wanted to say a huge thanks to all the staff who looked after me on 21/02/24 when I was admitted for a day case for a procedure. I was on the third floor and underwent a general anaesthetic and everyone from the security to the nurses, catering staff, anaesthetic staff, pharmacy staff and the surgeon were so friendly and keep me updated with everything. I was very nervous but was reassured at every stage. It really made such a difference and would be very happy for you to pass on my thanks to them all.
